It's a bit surprised that there're no O3a3c1-M117 but only O3a3c*-M134(xM117) among the Kazakhs from altai republic while most of matched ethnic groups have both of O3a3c*-M134 and O3a3c1-M117.

Halair city is inhabited by Bargo(related to Buryats), Khorchin and others. We can't judge the tribal background of those samples tested in the paper. H1-H91 Y-STRs halpogroups and expected Y-SNP halpogroups list below. C3-M217 and O3a3c-M134 Halpogroups are predominated, followed by N and O1/O2, less 1/10 west euroasian halpogroups such as R1b1b1-M73, R1a1a-M198, J1-M267.
