Y-STRs of Halair Mongols, datas cited from B Zhu et al, 2005. Y-STRs haplotypes of Chinese Mongol ethnic group using Y-PLEX 12. Halair city is inhabited by Bargo(related to Buryats), Khorchin and others. We can't judge the tribal background of those samples tested in the paper. H1-H91 Y-STRs halpogroups and expected Y-SNP halpogroups list below. C3-M217 and O3a3c-M134 Halpogroups are predominated, followed by N and O1/O2, less 1/10 west euroasian halpogroups such as R1b1b1-M73, R1a1a-M198, J1-M267.
